Strategic Communications Solutions, LLC (SCS) is the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Division of Mount Olympus Pro Audio, LLC (MOPA, LLC). Our background and experience in Public Safety Communications, Low Voltage, and LMR Field has enabled in meeting and exceeding small to large project requirements. Technical Support: Our company has staff available 24/7 365-day support to Fire Departments, Police Departments, and PSAP’s. We have technicians certified to install and maintain systems for Zetron, Codan, Kenwood, EF Johnson, Atlas, Motorola, BK Technologies, and L3Harris Products. We are Utah’s only authorized repair shop for BK Radios. We also service Kenwood, EF Johnson, Codan, ICOM, and Motorola.

SCS has been servicing and installing LMR Equipment in Mobile and Fixed Site Locations for 25-plus years. We install, maintain and service conventional, trunked, and backhaul radios systems throughout Utah and surrounding states.

Repairs: LMR repairs at shop and on-site, including assisting customer with warranty repairs and repairs from manufacturer.

Service Contracts: We provide a variety of custom service contracts to fit individual customer’s needs.

Spare Equipment: Equipment can be available during a repair or extended down time to customers with this written into their Service Contract.

Training: Customers that purchase equipment/product from SCS are eligible to receive some training at no additional cost. Training available to all customers, cost TBD on a case-by-case basis.

Programming: LMR equipment programming available (inquire for specifics). Most programming available at no charge to customer after purchase of said equipment from SCS.

800 MHz Radio Programming: 800 MHz Trunked Radios that operate on the statewide UCA system is only performed by UCA staff.

Installations: Provide standard and custom installation of LMR Equipment.

Preventative Maintenance: Contract or individual pricing available.

Background Check: All Technicians have a current Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) Background check on file.
